Description
The south-west (Spain, Portugal and south-west France) benefits from a strong and dynamic industrial ecosystem, which is mainly located in urban areas. On the other hand, rural areas are suffering from depopulation
and industries are facing new requirements to reduce their environmental impact.
Actions to eliminate obstacles:
Creation and acceleration of start-up programs in the following fields:
- Bio-based materials
- Circular economy
- Energy saving
- Green manufacturing processes
- Green digitalization
- Support for start-ups to adapt new processes to digitalization and ecological transformation
- Capacity building between incubators
Objectives
Developing a tailor-made training program for the creation or acceleration of start-ups or projects to become start-ups Attracting new economic assets in rural areas Empowering innovation players in the SUDOE region Provide answers to industrialists in terms of green manufacturing
